Terms of service
Payment is due within 24 hours from receipt of invoice. After 24 hours, past due invoices will be cancelled. After two cancelled invoices, you will not be allowed to claim, preorder, and/or shop on the lives for 2 weeks. After a third invoice, you will only be able to shop via our website.
We ship orders on Saturdays. Please contact us if you need your order shipped sooner. Shipping is first class mail with tracking via USPS. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. Please notify us if your address on file has changed. We are not responsible if it is mailed out to the wrong address that is on your profile. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL. If you are worried, we suggest priority mail with insurance for an additional cost to you. Please advise that you want that shipping method.
You have 3 days from delivery date to send a photo by email, text, or Facebook messenger of any piece damaged in the mail for an exchange or credit. NO REFUNDS.
All exchanged items must be unworn with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
